Villa Theatro is an apartment building, which results from the rebirth of a centenary and emblematic building of the city, designed in 1922, and which is part of the vast estate left by the architect Moura Coutinho, also author of the Theatro Circo building, located right next door.

The name comes precisely from this connection to this iconic space, and extends throughout the interior of the building, with several references both to the works of Moura Coutinho and to events held at Theatro Circo.
